Welcome to the MOBIUS Consortium Office (MCO) Help Desk. The Help Desk provides assistance to library staff at MOBIUS member institutions. You will find here links to resources that you will find useful. If you need to report a problem with your cluster's Millennium or the INN-Reach system, request a change in your system configuration, or just ask a question, please log in to the web site and use the online problem report form to submit a new Help Desk Ticket. If you have an emergency situation you may call the help desk team at (573) 882-7233 and select option 1 or, toll-free in Missouri, (877) 366-2487 and select option 1.
The help desk pages also contain links to information about your cluster's Millennium System. You can look up your Millennium System's IP address, learn about Routine Maintenance Operations (RMOs) performed on your system, and look up the status of your open calls on our Action Request System (ARS).
